Seven Stems is an original educational work created by Jonathan R. Warden.

These terms apply to 7stems.net, Seven Stems downloadable materials, Seven Stems Drills, Seven Stems book materials, conjugation tables, diagrams, model-verb pages, method pages, and related educational resources.

Intellectual Property

The Seven Stems website, book materials, downloadable PDFs, explanations, diagrams, color-coded conjugation tables, drills, examples, page layouts, and the selection, coordination, and arrangement of the Seven Stems verb database are protected by copyright and other applicable intellectual-property laws.

Seven Stems™ and The Seven Stems Method™ are trademarks/service marks of Jonathan R. Warden. They may not be used in a way that suggests sponsorship, endorsement, affiliation, approval, or authorship by Seven Stems without written permission.

The `seven-stems-conjugator` source code is open source. The Seven Stems book, website, diagrams, drills, explanations, visual design, and curated educational materials remain protected by their own terms.

Spanish words, grammatical facts, and verb forms themselves are not claimed as original works of authorship. However, the original Seven Stems explanations, classifications as expressed, model-verb presentation, visual design, tables, drills, examples, diagrams, database organization, and educational materials may not be copied, scraped, republished, redistributed, or used to create a competing product or dataset without permission.

Permitted Personal and Educational Use

You may use Seven Stems for personal study, teaching, tutoring, classroom reference, and noncommercial educational use.

Teachers and tutors may share links to Seven Stems pages with students.

Teachers and tutors may distribute unmodified Seven Stems downloadable PDFs to their own students for noncommercial educational use, provided that copyright notices, trademark notices, attribution, and links remain intact.

Brief quotations from Seven Stems materials may be used for review, commentary, academic discussion, or citation, provided that Seven Stems is credited and the use is otherwise lawful.

Prohibited Uses

Without prior written permission, you may not:

• scrape, crawl, harvest, bulk download, or extract substantial portions of the Seven Stems website, downloadable materials, or database;
• copy, reproduce, republish, mirror, frame, or rehost substantial portions of Seven Stems materials;
• reproduce the Seven Stems verb database, model-verb relationships, tables, diagrams, drills, explanations, examples, or page layouts for a competing website, app, book, course, dataset, language-learning tool, or commercial product;
• remove or alter copyright notices, trademark notices, attribution, source links, or other ownership notices;
• modify Seven Stems materials and redistribute them as your own;
• use Seven Stems materials to train, fine-tune, evaluate, benchmark, populate, or enrich machine-learning systems, language models, conjugation tools, educational datasets, or other automated systems without written permission;
• use automated systems to access Seven Stems in a way that imposes an unreasonable load on the site or circumvents access controls, rate limits, or anti-abuse measures;
• use Seven Stems™, The Seven Stems Method™, or confusingly similar names in a way that implies affiliation, endorsement, sponsorship, or authorship.

Downloads and Printable Materials

Seven Stems downloadable materials may be printed for personal study, tutoring, and classroom use.

Unless a separate license says otherwise, downloadable materials may not be modified, sold, included in paid course packs, uploaded to resource marketplaces, incorporated into apps, or redistributed as part of another product.

You may link to Seven Stems pages from websites, course pages, syllabi, newsletters, and educational materials.

When possible, link to the original page on 7stems.net rather than copying the content.
